Denver Ranch New Home
An aging home on a Denver lot was scraped and replaced with a brand-new, modern residence — designed from the ground up and built through excavation, demolition, new structure, and clean contemporary finishes.
New construction is the full test of a builder: turning a set of drawings and a bare lot into a finished, code-compliant home. We handled this project end to end — design coordination, excavation and demolition, foundation and structure, and the interior finishes that make a new house feel like home.
Designed from the ground up
We started from renderings and elevations, working out the kitchen, baths, and layout on paper before committing anything to the ground.
Down to bare ground
We excavated and graded the lot and removed the existing structure — resetting the site completely for the new foundation.
Cleared and hauled away
The old structure and debris were loaded and hauled off, leaving a clean, level lot ready to build on.
Clean, modern finishes
Inside the new home we laid hardwood floors and finished the baths in crisp subway tile — a bright, contemporary palette throughout.
